Around 2007, a good friend of mine told me about EFT (Tapping), and instinctively I realized how amazing this technique was.  I became a dedicated student of "energy work" and how our bodies store and release energy/emotions, and I became a Certified Level 2 Practitioner with the AAMET (Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques).

 I found that as I trusted my instincts more, the better results I would get...and the better results my clients would get.  I was eventually led to more "energy release" techniques...each one just a little bit different than the other...however each with the same premise of helping people feel better.

Several years ago I came across the word "Orenda", which means, "...a force present in all people that empowers them to make positive change in their lives."  And I realized that's exactly what I wanted my purpose in life to be.  I wanted to help people realize their full potential...their POWER!

My belief is that our bodies are absolutely "miracle machines".   I believe we are meant to live peaceful, happy and joyous lives.  It's just that we're so weighed down with literal "emotional baggage" that moving forward sometimes seems like just a struggle.

My goal is to help YOU discover the keys to opening the door of YOUR POWER!
 
The techniques that I share are just tools to help you get rid of your negative emotional baggage, and as you release more and more negative energy/emotions you are left feeling lighter, more peaceful and ultimately more powerful to create a life of your choosing.
